"I have recently lowered my office chair so that my feet sit flatter on the floor. I have 2 pinched nerves in my back and I see a chiropractor every month to get an adjustment. My chiropractor had suggested I go to yoga but all the classes in Douglasville are during the day. I can tell just sitting correctly like you have instructed us to has really helped lower my pain. But I have some awful habits that are very hard to break."
